Tonight's post is an advertisement.
It's for our tag sale here tomorrow.
8am-Close
30 Longview Drive, Mahopac, NY
We have a collection of goodies -- and I'm still bringing things out -- that has been compiled over many years.
As a reminder, this is a list of just some of the items:
- A stereo that can hang on a wall
- A cash register
- Furniture
- Toys that belonged to Sean
- Books
- CDS, a few records, and some electronics.
- A few road signs (yes, seriously)
- Mugs and glasses
- Plates and silverware
- Sporting goods
- A lawnmower
- A tractor
- A snowblower
- More stuff that I'm forgetting about
Sean and My sister Laura will be running things tomorrow while I'm off calling James Monroe/Brunswick baseball. That game starts at 10 a.m. so I'll be out of the house early but I'll be back in the afternoon. I'll be around all day on Sunday.
There's a chance we'll do more next weekend. Or not.
As I keep saying, the clock is ticking.
Now comes the part of organizing the cleanout and my move. There are obviously logistics involved to get me out of here by the morning of May 25.
It's possible that I might be "homeless" for a week but not really, of course. I have a few places that Rascal and I can crash at but I'm hoping that won't be necessary.
It all remains daunting and overwhelming but we're trying to take it a day at a time.
